Garry Smith (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Garry C. Smith was born August 6, 1954 in Waynesville, Missouri to Billy Smith and Phyllis Hansen Smith. He departed this life Tuesday, August 26, 2025 in University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. He was seventy-one years and twenty days of age.
Garry lived his life in the Lebanon, Missouri area and was a graduate of Lebanon High School. Garry raised cattle and was also an electrician for the City of Lebanon for several years. He later sold vehicles for Neil Twenter in Lebanon and then the Ford Dealership.
On April 17, 1995, Garry was united in marriage to Marty Coffey. Together they made many wonderful memories over the past thirty years.
Garry is preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Phyllis; his sister, Sheryl Smith; and two brothers, Roger Smith and Phillip Smith.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marty Smith of the home; his son, Bradley Smith (Alani) of Land O Lakes, Florida; his daughter, Katrina Smith (Beth) of St. Louis, Missouri; his step-son, Joey Randolph of Springfield, Missouri; his brother, Scott Smith of Nixa, Missouri; five grandchildren, Tristan, Elleah, Adrian, Isla and Alexis; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Garry found joy in fishing and working on his farm. He loved working on cars and was an automotive enthusiast. He loved his family very much and looked forward to the times they could be together for celebrations and get-togethers.
Garry was a loving husband, devoted father, cherished grandfather, and a good neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and know his family and friends will treasure the wonderful memories he made for them.
Service for Garry Smith will be private.
