So sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Marlin. I have fond memories of her as my first grade teacher.

Geneve was one of a kind! I always felt fortunate to have her in my life because of her positive attitude and zest for life. I was fortunate enough to teach with her for many years at Disney Elementary School. She could have those kids reading and writing so when they came to first grade they had a firm foundation. I was lucky enough to live near Geneve and "A.J." so I got to see her...and sometimes them... walking nonstop most days. I am going to miss her but know she will be rooting us all on from above. God bless you, Geneve, you will be missed! I love you!
Libby we are thinking of you and our thoughts are with you at this time. Take care.
Dear Family,
I have known Geneve since were both in college in the early 50's. She has been a dear friend since then. She was a wonderful teacher and a beautiful lady. She was four days older than me and we always sent each other a birthday card - we even called each other "sis".
My sympathy and prayers, Louise Nichols
Geneve was a special friend to us. We are thankful that God allowed our paths to meet and we were able to minister to her during the past few years as she was part of our congregation at Creekside and Elfindale. Tabitha loved spending time with Geneve and talking "school", the retired teacher with the rookie. May God comfort her family and friends with the wonderful memories she has left with us.
Geneve and her parents were like family to us. She will be greatly missed.
What a jewel! Loved this woman, I wouldn't be able to say enough about what she has meant to me.
God doesn't watch His children die, He watches them come home. Geneve is truly home now.
mrs. marlin was my second grade teacher she was the best teacher ever i will always remember her for her kindness sweet smile and caring attitude in very hard times 1950's
