Mr. Rudolph, was known by me and my father, as a top notch auctioneer. He was one of my fathers favorite auctioneers, as he and his family ran a very professional auction every time. Gerald always displayed a well-natured, humble, inviting personality. His wife as the clerk - it was truly a joy to go to an auction done by Gerald and his family.
You were called, to a greater calling, some years ago Gerald. But the memories of you, live within us (still) today. We have been made better people, by having known you Gerald. Rest In Peace my friend.

I have fond memories of Gerald from the time I was a little girl growing up with his kids and he worked at the bank to him visiting at the Nazarene Church to me visiting with him and Una when he would be a patient at Cox. He always was upbeat, smiling, a man of great faith and family values. As we all know, Gerald will be missed by friends and family. My sincere sympathy to the family for their loss. My grandparents Larkin and Ethel Asplin and my father Ray Asplin thought very highly of Gerald Rudolph. My grandfather used to own a store in Diggins and the barbershop was next door to his store. My father told me that they always knew when Gerald Rudolph was getting his hair cut because they could hear him crying and wailing on the other side of the adjoining wall. I met Gerald Rudolph only once and shared this story with him. My father had just passed away and that time. I found him to be a very fine and compassionate man. Mary Asplin Lambert
