Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, December 3, 2016 in the Camdenton Bible Baptist Church, Camdenton, Missouri. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home at 15 Clint Avenue, Camdenton, Missouri 65020. No formal visitation is planned per Gerry's request.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's or The American Cancer Society and left at the church or Allee Holman Howe Funeral Home.
