Geraldine K. Stawarz (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Geraldine K. Stawarz, age 59, of Buffalo, Missouri passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at her home in Buffalo, Missouri.
She was born on July 6, 1955 in Queens, New York to Richard B. Stack and Rheva M. (Dent) Stack.
Her lifelong profession was in healthcare, where she spent 45 years caring for the welfare of others.
Geraldine is survived by her three children, daughter, Kim Newhouse of Stafford, Virginia; son, Richard Vasquez and his wife Stacey of Osceola, Missouri; son, Walter Stawarz and his husband Christopher of Buffalo, Missouri; four grandchildren, John Matthew, Ashley, Hunter and Kimberlyn; two sisters, Carol Gramse of Huntington, New York and Jane Welpman of Quincy, Missouri; two nieces, Jennifer and Liz, and a nephew, Darren; great nephew and niece, Ryan and Maddy; along with many friends.
The family will have a private gathering to celebrate Geraldine’s life.
A memorial fund in Geraldine's honor has been established and contributions may be made in c/o Butler Funeral Home.
