Glenda Stradt (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Glenda Kate Stradt, daughter of Junior Ardell and Susie Belle Jackson, was born May 24, 1952, in Dallas, Texas. She departed this life Tuesday, December 8, 2020, in Mercy Hospital, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of sixty-eight years, six months, and fifteen days.
She was married to Richard K. Stradt for several years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Julius Monroe Jackson; and two sisters, Margie E. Jackson and Rebecca Dickerson.
Glenda is survived by three sons, Brad Borntrager, and his wife, Chasity, of Conway, Missouri, Trent Borntrager, of St. Robert, Missouri, and Alex Stradt, of Laquey, Missouri; four granddaughters, Annaleah Stradt, of Laquey, Missouri, Liberty Stradt, of Laquey, Missouri, Danyelle Borntrager, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Sarah Smith, of Conway, Missouri; two grandsons, Ashton Stradt, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, and T. J. Hunter, of Laquey, Missouri; three brothers, James A. Jackson, and his wife, Carolyn, of Tyler, Texas, Jerry Jackson, and his wife, Shirley, and Timothy Jackson, and his wife, Reasey, all of the State of Texas; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was born and raised in the Dallas, Texas area and graduated from high school there. She then made her home in Texas and California before moving to Missouri. She lived in the Richland and Stoutland, Missouri area for many years, and was a devoted homemaker to her family.
In her spare time she enjoyed reading and liked to cook. Her family was very dear to her and she especially enjoyed having time with her grandchildren.
Glenda was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and a caring friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will hold tight to the wonderful memories she created for them.
