Glenna Rooffener (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Glenna Marie Rooffener, daughter of William K. and Hazel Layman, was born, September 22, 1944. She went home to be with her Lord, Friday, January 4, 2013.
Glenna was preceded in death by her best friend and loving husband, Dean Rooffener; her mother, Hazel Layman and a great-nephew, Caleb Colmenares.
She is survived by her children, Rowland and Carmen Rooffener Todd, Terry and Stacy Rooffener Stoll and Nathan and Xu Zhang Rooffener; her grandchildren, Caleb and Jennifer Stoll, James and Megan Hussey, Derek and Brittany Walters, Tancy Rooffener, Tyerra Rooffener and Brooke Hussey; her father, William K. Layman; sisters, Sandra Layman, Beverly and Tom Parton, Marilyn and Cliff Waterman, Sandy and Dale Waldren; a brother, Glenn Burge, Jr. and a host of loving nieces and nephews. Glenna had many friends and was loved by all who knew her. In 1960, she was married to Dean Rooffener. Together they shared fifty-two and one-half wonderful years of marriage.
Glenna was a great friend, sister, daughter, aunt, mother and wife. She will be deeply missed, but we find comfort in knowing we will see her again.
