Greta Boswell (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Greta Melvina Boswell, age 98, known to many as "granny," went to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday evening May 22nd, 2014 Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility.
Greta was born in Fair Play, Missouri, the daughter of James and Maggie Price on August 2, 1915.
She married George Efton Boswell on October 31st, 1938. Greta was a homemaker and a member of the First Assembly Of God Church in Bolivar.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Maggie Price; husband, George Boswell; and a son, James Boswell.
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Climer of Bolivar; 8 Grandchildren and their spouses, Lisa Crawford, Cheryl McIntosh, Robyn Combs, Melissa Climer "Missy", Darrell Crites "DD", Kevin Crites, Mike Climer and Shannon Crites; 17 Great-Grandchildren, Shonda Foster, Rachel Breakbill, Ashley Sneed, Tyler Sneed, Meagan Climer, Dylan Combs, Drayson Combs, Kelsey Cross, Barbara Crawford, Bethany Climer, Mariah Climer, Jeremy Crites, Dustin Crites, Derek Crites, Sheena Crites, Sarah Crain and Jessica Climer; 11 Great-Great Grandchildren, Despenn Serls, Jayden Serls, Peytenn Serls, Jaylynn Foster, Jameson Breakbill, Owen Breakbill, Mila Washam, Kylee Cross, Nataley Crites, Holden Crites and Hoyt Crites; And one on the way......Kenlee Cross Due August 7th; 2 brothers, Joe Price of Springfield, MO and Gordon Price of Cheyenne, WY; and a host of other relatives and friends.
