Hedwig Fuellemann (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Hedwig Rosa Fuellemann, daughter of Ernst and Rosa Knecht Honegger, was born, June 19, 1943 in Switzerland. She departed this life, Monday, December 9, 2013, in Laurie Care Center, Laurie, Missouri at the age of seventy years, five months and twenty days.
On October 3, 1964, she was united in marriage to Wilhelm Konrad Fuellemann and to this union four children were born. Together they shared forty-two years of marriage until his passing on March 29, 2007.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Klarissa Brown.
Survivors include her children, Monika Brown and husband Timothy of Madison, Wisconsin, Yvonne Fuellemann of St. Louis, Missouri, Peter Fuellemann and wife Pamela of New Berlin, Wisconsin and Rudolf Fuellemann and wife Brenda of Sunrise Beach, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Alex Brown, Jack Fuellemann, Calan Fuellemann, Natasha Fuellemann, Wilhelm Fuellemann, Montana Huston and Benton Huston; a great-granddaughter, Kiara Brown and several other relatives and many friends.
Hedi was raised in Switzerland and attended school there. After she and Wilhelm were married, they made their home in Switzerland until they moved to Central Wisconsin in 1976. They operated a dairy farm until they retired to Sunrise Beach, Missouri in 1991.
In her spare time, she enjoyed reading. She was talented at knitting and made many wonderful projects. She loved her children and grandchildren and always had advice to offer.
She was a loving mother and grandmother and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.
No funeral services will be held.
