Helen Lincoln (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Helen Lincoln passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on June 8, 2017.
She was born in Independence, Iowa, on May 18, 1933, and graduated from Oelwein High School. She was united in marriage to Marlin Lincoln on October 28, 1951.
They lived in Oelwein until 1967, when they moved to Kansas City, and in 1990, retired to their present home in Wheatland, Missouri.
She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandma, and friend, and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband Marlin, of 65 years; four children, Cindy (Bob) Hill, of Hazleton, Iowa, Tim Lincoln, of Raymore, Missouri, Denise Lincoln, of Wheatland, Missouri, and Dennis Lincoln, of Wheatland, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Crystal (Scott) Coleman, Shaun (Marissa) Hill, Mike Lincoln, Niki Lincoln, Brandon (Christy) Lincoln, Ryan (Amanda) Lincoln, Devin (Chelzie) Lincoln, and Kelly Lincoln; three great-grandchildren, Zach Hill-Thiry, Harley Lincoln, and Cora Beth Lincoln.
She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Mindy Lincoln; and parents, Bill and Pearl Gay.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 4:00pm, on Sunday, June 11, 2017, at the Butler Funeral Home, in Bolivar, Missouri.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am, on Monday, June 12, 2017, at the Dooley Bend Cemetery, in Galmey, Missouri.
