Ina M Churchill (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Ina M. Churchill, daughter of Walter and Ruth Chapman Tait, was born on December 13, 1928 in Long Lane, Missouri. She departed this life Friday, July 25, 2014 at the Buffalo Prairie Care Center in Buffalo, Missouri, at the age of eighty-seven years seven months and twelve days.
On December 7, 1944 she was united in marriage to Richard T Auberry and to this Union two sons were born. Richard preceeded Ina in death. On August 26, 1977 she was united in marriage to Robert N. Churchill who also preceded her in death.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, one infant sister Pansy Tait, one sister, Erma Gardner, and one brother, Charles Tait.
Ina is survived by two sons, Don Auberry, and wife Gloria of Louisburg, Missouri, and Larry Auberry, and wife Janet of Lebanon, Missouri. Two brothers Carl Tait of Buffalo, Missouri, and James Tait and his wife Jeannie of Lebanon, Missouri as well as seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Ina was born and raised in the Long Lane area, attended school until the eighth grade. She lived most of her life in the Lebanon area. She worked at the Rice Stix factory, and the Lebanon Care Center, and worked as a homemaker.
Ina followed the Baptist faith, loved nature and the outdoors especially birds, she enjoyed working in the garden, and especially spending time with her family.
Ina was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister, and aunt and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and know that her family and friends will treasure the wonderful memories she made for them during her eighty-five years.
