Jack Davis, age 69, of Morrisville, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at Citizens Memorial Hospital, in Bolivar. Jack was born March 20, 1947 in Hume, MO. Services will be held at a later date. He is survived by his wife Levita Davis; Daughter, Amber Nicholson; brothers, Jim and his wife Karen Davis and Doug Davis; sisters, Donna Conchis and Becky Ann Davis, grandchildren, Deja Sullivan and Karlie Kates.
