Jack O. Reaves (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Jack Oren Reaves, age 64, of Bolivar, passed away at his home, on Monday, February 27, 2017.
Jack was born on December 11, 1952, in Oakland, California, the only child of Chet O. and Florence V. (Skipworth) Reaves.
Jack married Karon Burk on December 18, 1988. He worked most of his life as a mailer and machinist for the newspaper, and retired in 2009. It was at this time Jack and Karon moved to Bolivar. He loved motorcycles and flying, and was also a Mason, and active member of Order of the Eastern Star
He is survived by his wife Karon, of the home; five children: Leonard Burk, Jack Jr., Regina Burk, Seth Reaves (Amber Ness), and Diane Whitehouse; and eight grandchildren: Kayla Bufardeci, Maijia Guidroz, Ethan Burk, Landan Reaves and Evander Reaves (Laura Bengston), Chet Reaves, Arianna Pitts (Josh Pitts), and Nollie Ness; step-mother, Winnie Pankey; two step brothers, Dave Pankey and Curtis Pankey; and many other family and friends across the country.
A celebration of Life of Jack "Waco" Reaves will be held Saturday, March 4, 2017, at 4:00pm, at the Bolivar Masonic Lodge #195, 261 S Killigsworth Ave, Bolivar, Missouri 65613.
