For the family of Jackie, I am so sorry for your loss! I knew this great man through City Hall and he always had a joke, prank or some kind of way to break up a monotonous day. I really respected Jackie and thought he was just a great person. Lean on the Lord at this difficult time in your lives. You WILL get through this.

I met and got to know Mr. Blankenship in Council Chambers at the Seymour City Hall as we worked together on various City projects. He always made me feel welcome and always treated me with courtesy and respect. I always valued his input and will miss him.
May God grant his family and friends comfort during this time of loss.
