Jacqueline (Jackie) Dempsey (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Jacqueline (Jackie) R. Dempsey, daughter of Grant and Joan Lafen, was born April 15, 1966 in Detroit, Michigan. She departed this life Saturday, February 8, 2025 in her Lebanon home. She was fifty-eight years, nine months and twenty-four days of age.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Nicole Craney.
Jackie is survived by her son, Joshua Craney of Lebanon, Missouri and her daughter, Jessica Griffith of St. Louis, Missouri; several aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. The family would like to thank her Hospice nurse, Nicole. She carried Jackie during her final days and when she was scared, made it so much easier.
Jackie was raised in Fenton, Michigan before making her home in Lebanon, Missouri.
Jackie professed her faith in Christ in the 1990’s. She attended Community Baptist Church faithfully as long as her health allowed. She enjoyed working with the Special Angels class at her church. She loved her church, church family and pastor.
Jackie enjoyed taking care of her family, her kids were her joy.
She will be greatly missed and remembered by all those who knew her.
