On August 4, 1972 she was united in marriage to Richard Grubbs and to this union two sons were born. She was preceded in death by her father, Jackie, and her mother and father-in-law, Robert and Billie Grubbs. Jacqueline is survived by her husband, Rick; two sons, Eric Grubbs of Mansfield and Adam Grubbs and wife, Jermaine of Eureka, Missouri; five grandchildren, Lucy, Jack, Charlie, Dexter and Ruby; her mother, Cleo Chambers of Mansfield; two brothers, David Chambers and wife, Chris, of Joplin and Dennis Chambers and wife, Lisa, of Dallas, Texas; several nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends. Jacqueline was born, raised and lived most of her life in Mansfield. She graduated from Mansfield High School in the Class of 1972. She had accepted Christ as her personal Savior at a young age and was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed cross stitching but being with her grandchildren and going to their sports activities and recitals gave her the most joy. Jacqueline was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and a caring neighbor and friend. We will cherish the many special times we had together.
