Jacquelyn (Jackie) Patsy Howe (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Jacquelyn (Jackie) Patsy Howe, 69, of Elkland, Missouri, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at her home. Jackie was born on August 5, 1956 in Buffalo, Missouri to the late Velma Anglin and Glen Austin. Jackie spent most of her life in Dallas County and graduated from Buffalo High School in 1974. Jackie dedicated her life to the Lord and was baptized at a young age. She joined Union Mound Church in Elkland, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Richard Lynn Howe on November 21, 1975. Jackie dedicated many years working at Key Industries in Buffalo, later becoming Production Products, where she worked until her health would not allow her. Jackie was a gifted lady who loved children, reading romance books, and making her famous brownies for her family, she always made sure her family was taken care of. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. When they visited, she had a never-ending smile. Jackie was preceded in death by her husband Richard Howe, her parents Velma (Anglin) and Glen Austin, and her stepfather Ray Austin. Jackie is survived by her brother-in-law, Larry Howe, two nephews Steven Howe and Chris Howe and his wife Shawna, great nieces Sierra, Amber, Khloe Howe, and nephew Hunter Howe all of Elkland, great grandnephews Cooper and Colter. Jackie will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Graveside services will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Union Mound Cemetery in Elkland, Missouri. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home, Buffalo, Missouri.
