James Randall Hall Sr. (Lebanon)'s Obituary
James Randall Hall, Sr., son of Robert L. and Mildred M. Burch Hall, was born April 20, 1953, near Linn Creek, Missouri. He departed this life Monday, September 29, 2014, in his home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of sixty-one years, five months, and nine days.
On October 28, 1972, he was united in marriage to Nancy Ann Boston, and to this union two daughters and two sons were born.
James is survived by his loving wife of forty-one years, Nancy, of the home; a daughter, Christina Lowery, and her husband, Christopher, of Lebanon, Missouri; a son, Josh Hall, and his wife, Amy, of Lebanon, Missouri; five grandchildren, Christian, Isaiah, Catherine, Levi, and Brookelynn; a brother, Robert Duane Hall, and his wife, Carrie, of the State of California; a sister, Julia Denise Lane, of the State of Florida; four half-brothers, Drew Davis, and his wife, Terry, of Camdenton, Missouri, Owen Davis, and his wife, Norma, of Phillipsburg, Missouri, Daryl Hall, of Camdenton, Missouri, and Robert Lee Hall, and his wife, Carol, of Springfield, Missouri; a half-sister, Bonnie O’Quinn, of the State of Virginia; a foster sister, Jenny Ouvelett, and her husband, Bruce, of San Marcus, California; a brother-in-law David Boston, and his wife Cindy of Topeka, Kansas; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in the Brownfield community and attended Gasconade C-4 School. He then graduated from Lebanon High School in the Class of 1971. James enlisted in the United States Navy in 1971, and served his country faithfully during the Vietnam War until being honorably discharged in 1973. James then returned Lebanon and he and Nancy made their home in the Lebanon area. For a short time, James milked cows and later worked as a driver for Jerry Jackson Used Cars.
James followed the Baptist faith and had made his own personal relationship with his Lord and Savior.
In his spare time he enjoyed being outdoors where his favorite activity was hunting. His family was always foremost in his life and he especially enjoyed being with his children and grandchildren.
James was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and know that his family and friends will treasure the wonderful memories he made for them during his sixty-one years.
Memorial donations to S.C.A.N. (School Children with Additional Needs) may be left at the funeral home.
