James Louis Johns (Buffalo)'s Obituary
James Louis Johns, son of the late James L. Johns, Sr. and Florence (Bronson) Johns, was born on August 16, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois, and departed this life on October 26, 2018 at his home in Nixa, MO. At the time of his passing he was 70 years, 2 months, and 9 days of age.
James was drafted into the United States Air Force and proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. He was united in marriage to Tina Thirtyacre on July 14, 2002. He loved his wife and family and was very proud of his boys. He was a wonderful grandpa and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
James was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Clint Johns, and one daughter, Gwen Johns. He is survived by his wife Tina of the home; two sons, Andy Johns and Diane Ludtke of Wheatland, MO and Clay & wife Samantha Johns of Niangua, MO; three step-children, Perry Webster of Preston, MO, Charles & wife Jo Webster of Preston, MO, and Julia & husband Derrick Alswager of Clever, MO; one sister, Sharon Lambert of Mercer, WI; 22 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He also leaves other family members and friends who will all truly miss him.
Cremation rites were accorded under the direction of the Cantlon Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo.
