James Ross (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Mr. James E. Ross, age 79 of Bolivar, Missouri passed away early Thursday morning at 12:38am in Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
He was born January 9, 1933 in Halfway, Missouri, the son of Stanley Yamin Ross and Ermal Viola (Guinn) Ross.
On June 23, 1951 he married Nina Mae Payne in Bolivar, Missouri.
James worked on Dairy Farms most of his life prior to moving to Bolivar. After moving to here he started mowing yards for many loyal customers for over thirteen years. He was a member of the Goodson Missionary Baptist Church in Goodson, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and three sisters.
James is survived by his wife; Nina Ross of the home, five sons; Danny Ross and his wife Vicky of Bolivar, Missouri, Jerry Ross and his wife Teresa of Humansville, Missouri, Jim Ross Thirion and his wife Kim of Bolivar, Missouri, Keven Ross and his wife Jessica of England, Tim Ross of Butler, Missouri, and Keith Ross, two daughters, Brenda Gunnels of Bolivar, Missouri and Pat Wilson and her husband Dale of Pleasant Hope, Missouri, 17 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
