Janet Storment (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Janet Sue Storment, born on September 26, 1943, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2025, at Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri, following a short illness. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerry A. Storment.
Janet was a devoted mother to her seven sons: Randy, Tracy, Bruce, Scotty, Darrell, John, and adopted son William Storment, as well as to her two daughters, Stacy Lockhart and Rebecca Shivers. Her life was a testament to her unwavering love and commitment to her family, a role she cherished deeply.
Throughout her long and fulfilling life, Janet dedicated many years to serving others through her work as a nurse's aide and later in manufacturing. She embodied kindness, resilience, and an enduring spirit that will be remembered by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held on March 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM, to celebrate her life and the profound impact she made on her family and community. Visitation will take place on March 13, 2025, at 5:00 PM, providing friends and family an opportunity to gather and share their heartfelt memories.
