Janice Marie Hayes (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Janice Marie Hayes, age 84, entered into rest on Tuesday August 8, 2023, at Ash Grove Healthcare Facility.
Janice Pilkington was born on June 23, 1939, in Colby, Kansas to the late Marquis and Lily (Schull) Pilkington. Janice professed her faith and was a believer in Jehovah as a Jehovah Witness. On July 21, 1956, Janice was united in marriage to Wilburn Hayes. To this union, three children were born. For most of her life, Janice was a dairy farmer. Running the farm and raising her beloved family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, and husband, Janice is survived by her children, Brenda Oliver and husband Sonny, Lisa Snow, Gary Hayes and wife Joanne, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, sister Billie Hicks, and brother Lavon Pilkington.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 26, 2023, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Bufalo, Missouri.
Arrangements are under the direction of Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home, Buffalo.
