Jarret Richard Cook, son of Richard and Rhonda Aubrey Cook, was born April 18, 2013, in Lebanon, Missouri. He was welcomed by angels on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, in his home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of five months, and twenty days.
He is survived by his parents, Richard and Rhonda Cook, of the home; four brothers, Matthew Cook, and Jonathan Cook, both of Springfield, Missouri, David Cook and Anthony Dugan, both of Lebanon, Missouri; two sisters, Abigail Cook, and Melissa Dugan, both of Lebanon, Missouri; his maternal grandparents, Pat and Lana McCloud, of Springfield, Missouri; his paternal grandparents, Richard Cook, of Everett, Washington, and Patricia Eddy, of Lebanon, Missouri; his maternal great-grandparents, Jack Wilson, of Crain, Missouri, and Rosemary Legar, of Monett, Missouri; his paternal great-grandmother, Ruby Stecker, of the State of California; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many other relatives and friends.
Although his time on earth was very short, he had brought great joy and laughter to his home. In a few short months, he had touched the hearts of many and will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by all those who loved him.
Memorial contributions to St Judes Children's Hospital may be made through the funeral home.
