Jaxon Michael Smith passed away peacefully in his mother's womb on Sunday, March 29th, 2015.
He was born at Cox South Hospital of Thursday, April 2nd, 2015 at 12:23 p.m.
Jaxon weighed 1 pound 13 ounces and was 13.5 inches long. He was diagnosed with a major heart defect and down syndrome that subsequently led to his death.
This precious angel is now in the arms of Jesus and will never be forgotten.
