Jaxson Scott Kapica (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Jaxson Scott Kapica, 12 of Springfield, MO passed away Saturday, October 5, 2024. He was born March 25, 2012 to Bryon Kapica and Kayla Burkholder. Jaxson was the only person in the world with his diagnosis and was a miracle. He defied so many odds and went through life with so much grace. Some of Jaxson’s favorite things to do were to ride his bike and his side by side. Jaxson also loved looking at lights and playing with drum sticks. He was a light to everyone he met and left a mark on many hearts.
Jaxson is survived by his parents Bryon Kapica and Nathan and Kayla Burkholder, his sister Keeleigh Kapica, his brother Bryson Kapica, his paternal grandmother Linda Kapica, and maternal grandparents Jeff White, David and Holly Welsh, bonus grandparents Doyle and Jacque Burkholder and aunts and uncles who all loved him deeply.
Visitation will be Friday October 11th at Cantlon Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo Missouri from 6-8pm. Funeral will be held on Saturday October 12 at Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Springfield Missouri at 11am.
1 Thessalonians 13 But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. 14 For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep.
Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit".
