Jay Alan Burk (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Jay Alan Burk, 61, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021 at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Missouri. He was born October 13, 1959 to James W. and Joyce Burk.
Jay is survived by his loving wif,e Nina and their two children, Dale and Jessica; his three brothers, Tracy, Benny, and Jimmy; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Hunter, and Cody.
Jay was a hunter and fisherman at heart. He enjoyed the outdoors and being one with nature. He was also a family man and loved being silly with his grandkids.
Jay Burk is at peace.
