Jayden Conner Jones was born November 16, 2003, in Springfield, Missouri, and departed this life Friday, March 30, 2007, near Phillipsburg, Missouri. Jayden is survived by his mother, Jessica Flowers, of Phillipsburg, Missouri; his father, Scott Shankle, of Phillipsburg, Missouri; a brother, Jacob Shankle, of Phillipsburg, Missouri; his maternal grandparents, Charley and Barbie Flowers, of Eucha, Oklahoma, and Sharon and Jeff Wolken, of Phillipsburg, Missouri; his paternal grandparents, Kyle and Cris Srigley, of Phillipsburg, Missouri, and Brenda Shankle, of Lebanon, Missouri; his maternal great-grandmothers, Shirley Wolken, and Shirley Lodwick, both of Phillipsburg, Missouri; his paternal great-grandmother, Mary Angst, of Phillipsburg, Missouri; a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins; special friends, Cody Jones, and Clint Goodin, both of Phillipsburg, Missouri, and Jesse Petary, of Lebanon, Missouri; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was born in Springfield and was being raised in the Phillipsburg community. He loved tractors of all kinds and enjoyed watching Go Diego Go. He had attended several different churches. Jayden was a fun loving little guy who greatly enjoyed being with his family and friends. Although his time on earth was very short, he had touched the hearts of many. Jayden will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew him. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 2, 2007, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Lebanon. Burial will be in the Lonesome Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon from 4 - 5:30 p.m. under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri. Memorials to the Conway Library Childrens' Books and Literature Department may be made through the funeral home.
