Jean B. Snow (Hartville)'s Obituary
Jean Snow, daughter of Robert and Bernice (Day) Broadhead, was born on September 6, 1941 in Marvel, Alabama. She passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at her home in Hartville, at the age of seventy- nine years.
Jean worked for many years at Atlantic High School in Florida before going to work for the United States Postal Service. She retired from the postal service after 40 years.
Jean is survived by her daughter, Deborah Hughes of Hartville, Missouri, three grandchildren; Tim Hughes and his wife Jennifer of Boynton Beach, FL, Brianna Rhodes and her husband Matthew of Mansfield, Missouri and Monica Howe and her husband David of Ocala, Florida, 12 great- grandchildren; Scarlett, Trinity, Samara, Briar, Grayson, Karlie, Jack, Mia, Emily, Sophia, Bianca and David, a sister, Gail Coston and her husband Bill of Alabama, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Douglas Cochran and his wife Vivian.
Jean was born and raised in Alabama. She was a lifelong member of Trinity Church in Boynton Beach, Florida, where she attended for many years.
She enjoyed reading romance novels, traveling, Disney world and shopping, especially QVC. Most of all Jean loved her family, she was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. We celebrate her wonderful life and will cherish the many happy memories she created.
