Jeanette Gaylord (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Alta Jeanette Gaylord, 92, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2023, in her home in Bolivar, Missouri.
Jeanne, as she was known, was born at home near St. Louis, Missouri on January 19, 1931 to Thomas Bertram and Alta Peterson Reid.
She and David M. Gaylord were married in 1966 and shared 47 years together. She was a retired restaurateur.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Cecilia Reed, her husband, David M. Gaylord, her children, Rena Chambers, Thomas Wigton, and Kathy Purdy and her son-in-law Dan Galkin.
She is survived by her children Susan Rodriquez, Art Hatch, Patti Amaral, Cindy Arney, Ron Gaylord, Julie Galkin, and Jean Gaylord.
Funeral services for Jeanette will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 24, 2023, at Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar.
A visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Bolivar.
Services are under the care and direction of Butler Funeral Home of Bolivar.
