Jeff Meador (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Jeffery Christopher Meador, 59, of Bolivar, Missouri passed away on May 25, 2016 at Cox South Hospital.
Jeff was born in Bolivar, Missouri, on December 1, 1956. He graduated from Bolivar High school in 1974. Jeff worked on a farm his whole life. He owned and operated a farm of beef cattle and fescue seed crop. He loved the farm with his heart and soul. Jeff was blessed to have the opportunity to share his farming knowledge and wisdom with his son, Vince, for the previous five years. He also had a lifelong passion for riding dirt bikes, floating the most scenic and remote rivers the Ozarks has to offer, and of course, Jeff loved living on the edge. He very much knew the meaning of mans’ best friend. There wasn't ever a time that you wouldn't see a dog in the back of his truck, or on his 4 wheeler. He had the joy of having two of the greatest companions a man could ask for, his beloved border collies Suzy, and leaving behind Bronco and Sally.
Jeff had an unfaltering love for his children. He expressed his love by raising his children in a Missionary Baptist Church. He knew that God’s love was eternal, and his was not. God gloriously saved his soul one night in a meeting at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, in February, of 1988.
Jeff is survived by his girlfriend Lee Wainerwright; daughters Meleah (Meador) Black, and spouse Justin Black; Molly (Meador) Carr, and spouse Alex Carr; son Vince Isaac Meador, and spouse Harley Meador; mother of children Sheila Meador; Parents, J.C. Meador, and girlfriend Martha Gillam; Joan Simmons, and spouse Charlie Simmons; sisters Janell Meador; Jodie (Meador) Young, and spouse Tim Young; Jill (Meador) Scott, and spouse Greg Scott; and two sweet loving granddaughters Payton Grace Nutter, and Coraline Rae Black.
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Mathew 7:14
