Jeffrey S. Fowler (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Jeffrey Steven Fowler, son of Steve and Janice Dampier Fowler, was born April 18, 1974, in Springfield, Missouri. He departed this life Saturday, June 13, 2020, in his home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of forty-six years, one month, and twenty-five days.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charles and Juanita Dampier; and his paternal grandparents, James and Dixie Fowler.
Jeff is survived by his parents, Steve and Janice Fowler, of Lebanon, Missouri; a son, Cody Fowler, of Harrisonville, Missouri; a sister, Jennifer Thayer, and her husband, Ted, of Richland, Missouri; two nieces, Lindsay and Mackenzie Jackson; a nephew, Christopher Jackson; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born in Springfield, Missouri, and was raised for a time in Lebanon, Missouri before the family moved to Harrisonville, Missouri. Jeff graduated from the Harrisonville High School. He then was an iron worker in Kansas City, Missouri for ten years, and continued to live in Harrisonville. He was active in the Iron Workers Union Local # 10. He then moved back to Lebanon and began doing home construction. For the last two years he had worked at Emerson Electric in Lebanon.
Jeff preferred the Baptist faith through the years.
He enjoyed being outdoors where his favorite activities were hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed doing puzzles and building models. His family was the center of his life and he greatly enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephew.
Jeff was a loving son, father, brother, uncle, and was a caring friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
