Jeffrey Williams' Obituary
Jeffrey Alan Williams, age 54, of Bolivar, Missouri passed away at 6:23am, Saturday, January 10, 2009 at his home from cancer. He was born January 3, 1955 in Flint, Michigan to Joe W. Williams and Daisy Opal (Johnston) Williams. On June 11, 1989 he married Rita Morris in Benton, Arkansas. He was in the tire recapping business for over 20 years and was a United States Navy Veteran. He was also a member of the Southern Hills Baptist Church in Bolivar. He was preceded in death by his father; Joe W. Williams and a brother; Joe Wayne Williams. Jeff is survived by his wife; Rita Williams of the home, one son; Michael Williams of Bolivar, Missouri, three daughters; Renette Williams Barnard and her husband Christopher, Kendra Williams and Melody Williams all of Bolivar, Missouri, his mother; Daisy Williams of Doniphan, Missouri, one brother; Barry Williams of Doniphan, Missouri, three sisters; Sharon Ashley, Janie Tucker and her husband Charles and Paula O'Neal and her husband Larry all of Warm Springs, Arkansas, two brother-in-laws; Gary Morris and his wife Virginia and Ron Morris and his wife Pat all of Benton, Arkansas, one sister-in-law; Patricia Jones and her husband David of North Little Rock, Arkansas, three grandchildren; Shawn, Gavin and Makaylyn Barnard, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will he held at 10:00am, Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, Missouri with Reverend Gary Urich officiating under the direction of the Butler Funeral Home of Bolivar, Missouri. Burial will follow at Mt. Gilead Cemetery in Bolivar. Pallbearers will be Dallas Jenkins, Larry Smith, Dwight Dyer, R.J. Myers, Larry Haguewood and Quasi Ofori Yeboah. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00am just prior to service time at the funeral home where there will be a video tribute in memory of Jeffrey.
