Jennifer Brixey (Hartville)'s Obituary
Jennifer LeDell Brixey, daughter of Delmar and Irene Fisher Brixey, was born August 5, 1965 in St. Charles, Missouri. She departed this life Wednesday, July 17, 2019 in her home in Hartville, at the age of fifty-three years, eleven months, and twelve days.
Jennifer is preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.
She is survived by her mother, Irene Brixey of Hartville, Missouri; her sister Melinda Atterberry and her husband Scott, of Richmond Hill, Georgia; her two nephews, Christopher and Benjamin Atterberry; her niece, Hailey Atterberry; many cousins, other relatives, and caring friends.
Jennifer was born in St. Charles and just sixteen days after she was born, she was taken in and adopted by Delmar and Irene and they raised her in the Hartville area. She graduated from Hartville High School in 1983 and later attended and graduated from MSU and taught school for several years.
Jennifer was saved at an early age and attended Hartville First Baptist Church.
Jennifer enjoyed a number of hobbies especially sewing and cooking. Most importantly she loved taking care of and loving her mother and family dearly. She was a loving daughter, sister, and dear friend. We celebrate her wonderful life and will always cherish the many happy memories she created.
Graveside services for Jennifer Brixey will be Tuesday, July 23 at 10:30 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, west of Hartville.
