Jeremiah Glenn Forrest gained his angel wings at St. Louis Children’s Hospital on April 22, 2014.
He was born November 22, 2013 to his loving parents Matthew and Tracy Forrest and big brother Kaleb Forrest of Halfway, Missouri. Jeremiah was born with a Congenital Heart Defect.
He was and is loved unconditionally by his parents, Matthew and Tracy of Halfway; brother, Kaleb of Halfway; grandparents, Rex and Anita Gott of Morrisville, Missouri; Donald and Reva Bybee of Halfway; Bob and Terri Forrest of Ozark, Missouri; great-grandparents, Allen and Janet Gott of Halfway; Marie Ratcliff of Bolivar; Aunts and Uncles: Travis Gott of Charity, Missouri, Tara and Casey Aubuchon of Morrisville, Lisa and Terri Moore of Polk, Missouri, Lindsay Forrest of Ozark, Rusty Forrest of Ozark, Heather and Tom Vanhorn of Ozark; cousins, Cameron Hall, Brooke Moore, Reese Moore, Alex Aubuchon, Spencer Aubuchon, Trent Vanhorn, Natalynn Vanhorn, Talyn Vanhorn and Tracen Vanhorn.
