Jerry Hall's Obituary
Jerry Edwin Hall, 74, of Linn Creek, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at his residence from complications arising from melanoma. He was born August 19, 1934 in Linn Creek, Missouri, the son of Lee and Lucy Hall. For many years he worked as a filling station attendant in Linn Creek and then obtained a position with the Missouri Department of Transportation. He held this position for 31 years serving in various capacities. He was an active member of the Camdenton Church of Christ from its conception until his death. Jerry was a loving husband, father, grandfather and a good friend to all. He was respected by all and loved by many. He will be sorely missed. Survivors include his wife of fifty-two years, Florene of the home; three sons, Edwin D. Hall and wife Linda of Fulton, Missouri, James R. Hall of Camdenton, Missouri and Donald W. Hall of Montreal, Missouri; four grandchildren; one great granddaughter; two brothers, John Hall of Avondale, Colorado and Harold Hall of Branson, Missouri and a sister Mildred Cernoia of Eldon, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Robert and James Hall; three sisters Helen Hall, Suan Salmons and Madelyn Henderson and a grandson Brian Dale Hall. Services will be held at 10:00 am on Monday January 5, 2009 at the Church of Christ of Camdenton. Burial will be in the Selby-Hall Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday evening 6-8:00 pm at the Funeral Home under the direction of the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home Camdenton, Missouri. A memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society ot Community Hosopices of America. Donations may be made through the funeral home. Return to top
