Jimmie was a member of Sleeper United Methodist Church and had fellowshipped with First United Methodist Church in Lebanon.
He greatly loved music, and particularly liked country, bluegrass and classic rock. He enjoyed guitar music and liked the modern country type of sound. He also enjoyed dancing. He liked being outdoors, and was a people person, never meeting a stranger. His family was important to him and he especially enjoyed his grandson.
Jimmie was a loving father, grandfather, and brother, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
A memorial has been established and donations made through the funeral home.
