He and Carolyn made their home in Lebanon for the last several years and enjoyed retirement life to the fullest. Jimmy had worked at Lowe’s Home Store and for the Laclede County Soil and Water Commission for a few years. Jimmy had made his profession of faith in Christ and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Lebanon. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, but was extremely fond of playing golf, particularly with his usual foursome. He was an excellent Cajun style cook and introduced his family to deep fried turkey. His favorite cooking expression was, “It’s all in the seasoning.” Jimmy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend.
