John Hogan (Bolivar)'s Obituary
John F. Hogan, born in Humansville, Missouri on July 14, 1942, to Fred and Lois Hogan. He passed away on January 31, 2025. While serving in the U.S. Air Force and stationed in Seattle, Washington, John married Zoretta Kay Rockney. After retiring as an electrician, he moved back to Humansville from Blue Springs, MO, to lovingly tend to the family farm, which has been in his family for over 100 years.
John was preceded in death by his wife, Kay, and his parents, Fred and Lois. He is survived by his children, John Jr. and wife Karissa, Terry and wife Sylvia, and Chris. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Natasha, Alyssa, Dodge, Hallie, Ashley, Taylor, Berit, Trinity, and Robert, as well as his great-grandchild, Charlotte.
A graveside service to honor John’s life will be held at Flemington Cemetery on February 10, 2025, at 10:30 AM. His family finds comfort in knowing his legacy will live on through the farm he cherished and the family he loved.
