Johnny Byler (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Johnny Lee Byler, son of Benson Nathaniel and Merle Lorraine Bargay Byler, was born, May 19, 1953 in Rogers, Arkansas. He departed this life, Monday, February 2, 2015, in his home, Montreal, Missouri at the age of sixty-one years, eight months and fourteen days.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Edward Dean Byler and two nephews, Pete Tate and Kevin Byler. Survivors include his daughter, Andrea Reed of Tulsa, Oklahoma a sister, Judy King of Springdale, Arkansas; three brothers, J.C. Byler and wife Vera of Montreal, Missouri, Charlie Byler and wife Darlene of Amarillo, Texas and Larry Byler and wife Joyce of Linn Creek, Missouri; a step-son, Michael George of Rogers, Arkansas; three step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Johnny was raised in Linn Creek, Missouri. He moved to Rogers, Arkansas and worked for Tyson Turkey Farms and later was a janitor for Ozark Guidance Center.
Johnny made a profession of faith and was a member of Linn Creek Baptist Church. He was an Elvis Presley imitator and loved music and playing the guitar. He also enjoyed time spent fishing. Johnny left us too early. We take comfort in the fact that his memory will linger on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Memorial donations may be made to a fund established to assist the family and left at the funeral home.
