Jordan Burton (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Jordan Nethaniel Burton, son of Jimmy Leon Burton and Lisa Jean Ricketson, was born July 8, 1998 in Kennett, Missouri. He departed this life August 26, 2014 in Knob Noster, Missouri, at the age of sixteen years, one month, and eighteen days.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Margo Newman, and an uncle, Johnny Dicks.
Jordan is survived by his mother, Lisa Ricketson, of Laurie, Missouri; his father, Jimmy Burton of Paragould, Arkansas; siblings, Erin Moore of Laurie, Missouri, Zacharia Ricketson of Springfield, Missouri, Haley Ricketson of Laurie, Missouri, and Angelina Gower of Kennett, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Patrick and Windy Burton of Leechville, Arkansas; nieces, Patience Moore and Jesslyn Broulette; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Jordan was born in Kennett and spent his younger years living there. He moved to Laurie Missouri in 2010 with his family. He was attending the E.W. Thompson School at the time of his passing. Jordan had a playful spirit and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
We celebrate his life and will treasure the many wonderful memories he has left for his family and many friends.
A private service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
