Joseph Richard Brown (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Joseph Richard Brown, son of Jack and Karen Brown, was born on July 12, 1988 in Springfield, Missouri and he departed this life on November 6, 2023 in Montreal, Missouri. At the time of his passing, Joey was thirty-five years, three months and twenty-five days of age.
Joey was preceded in death by his mother; and his paternal grandparents, Harry and Gerry Hughes.
He is survived by his father, Jack Brown; one brother, Clayton and wife Cindy Brown; two children, Mason Foster and Karina Brown; one niece, Kayla and husband Nathan Deroos; one nephew, Kevin and Anna Brown; and one great-niece, Clara Deroos. Joey also leaves many friends who will all truly miss him.
Joey was born in Springfield, Missouri, and raised in Camdenton, Missouri, where he would later graduate from high school. Following his high school graduation, Joey enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, proudly having the honor to serve his country. Once Joey had completed his time of service in the United States Marine Corps, he returned home and began working construction around the lake area.
Joseph made a profession of Christian faith and was a member of the Potter’s House of Camdenton.
In his spare time, Joey loved to spend time being involved with music, both singing and playing country music. He also enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing when he had the chance to.
He was a loving father, son and uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:30 p.m., December 1, 2023 at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m., in the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the family and left at the funeral home or mailed to Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, 15 Clint Ave, Camdenton, MO 65020.
