Joseph "Joe" E. Brawley (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Joseph “Joe” Eugene Brawley, son of John W. and Rita Kelley Brawley, was born October 25, 1989, in Houston, Missouri. He departed this life Thursday, November 10, 2022, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of thirty-three years, and fifteen days.
On December 17, 2021, he was united in marriage to Racheal Connell.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Bufford Kelley; and his paternal grandparents, Joseph E. and Vera Brawley.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of ten months, Racheal, of the home; two daughters, Adilee Brawley, and Jaylee Brawley, both of the State of Virginia; a son, Karson Chronister, of the State of Pennsylvania. His step-sons, Seth and Izan Kirk, both of Lebanon, Missouri; his father, John Brawley, of Licking, Missouri; his mother, Rita Kelley, of Mountain Grove, Missouri; a brother, Robert Brawley and his wife Shayla of Mountain Grove, Missouri; his maternal grandmother, Patricia Rogers,of Hartville, Missouri; his step-grandfather, Donald Rogers, of Hartville, Missouri; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in the Hartville community, and graduated from Hartville High School. He worked as a logger for a number of years and liked his work and cutting trees. He met and fell in love with Rachel and they had spent fifteen months of happiness and memories.
He liked playing the guitar. In his spare time he enjoyed being outdoors where his favorite activities were fishing, hunting, being on the river, and going to car races. He liked doing woodworking projects and was a talented builder. He also was a decent mechanic. He had a good sense of humor and liked to joke and cut up. He was a little stubborn, but you always knew what he was thinking. His family meant a lot to him and he especially liked having time with his daughters and son, and his grandma.
Joe was a loving husband, father, son, grandson, brother, and was a caring friend. We celebrate his life and know that his family and friends will hold tight to the good memories he made for them during his short life.
A memorial has been established and donations may be made through the funeral home.
