To all of JoVanna's immediate family, extended family, and friends. It's heartbreaking to hear that JoVanna has died. Our family has lasting memories of JoVanna when she embraced our two daughters, Tiffany and Valorie, both close to JoVanna's own age when one of the great Rubles, Terry (Bear) Ruble married me and my daughters were welcomed into the Ruble flock.
