Mrs. Juanita Pauline Kukal, age 80 of Springfield, MO passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at her home in Springfield after a brief illness.
She was born on October 28, 1932 near Aldrich, MO the daughter of Madison Ezekial Campbell and Nerva Marie (Wagoner) Campbell.
Surviving is her husband Milo Kukal of the Home, one daughter, Julie M. Cook of Ozark, MO and one son Frank D. Kukal and wife Kirsten of Springfield, MO; one sister, Mattie M. Mesa of Sunnyvale, CA and three grandchildren.
