She was born and raised in the Lebanon area and graduated from high school. Judy lived in Kansas City, Missouri for a brief time, but soon returned to Lebanon. After she and Deb were married, they made their home near Lebanon and lovingly raised their family. Judy was a devoted homemaker to her husband and family and was also a wonderful farmer’s wife. She would prepare delicious meals for the farm crew and helped in other ways around the farm.
Judy had attended Second Baptist Church before joining the Lebanon Church of the Nazarene, which is now Freedom Church of the Nazarene.
She was an avid reader and loved playing Scrabble. She also enjoyed having a nice cold Coke. She was very loving but was very straight forward with her feelings and opinions. She had a keen wit and a great sense of humor. Her family was very dear to her and she especially enjoyed her children and grandchildren.
Judy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and was a caring friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will cherish the wonderful memories she created for them during her lifetime.
A memorial to the Lonesome Hill Cemetery has been established.
