Junior F. Ingram (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Junior Freeman Ingram was born on September 4, 1926 at Piru, California. He passed away on August 3, 2012 at the age of 85 years, 10 months and 30 days.
He was saved and joined Sentinel Missionary Baptist Church at the age of eleven. In January, 1956, he became a Charter Member of True Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri where he remained a faithful member until his death.
He was called by God to preach the gospel and was ordained on September 20, 1964 by True Hope Church. He pastored churches in Polk, Greene, Camden, Dallas and Cedar counties, and in Kansas City. He preached and conducted revival services in several states while serving as Missionary for Tri-County and Polk County Association.
He served in the U.S. Army after World War II in the occupation of Japan.
On September 1, 1948 he was united in marriage to Erma Faye Lightfoot. They were blessed with three children, Diana Lynn, Denise Ann and David Lee.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley Freeman and Ruby Marie Ingram, and three sisters, Jo Frances Ingram, Ocenia Ann Ingram, and Wylla Fern Williamson.
He is survived by his loving wife, Erma of 64 years, two daughters; Diana Lynn Lane and her husband Donald, Denise Ann Maroney and her husband Larry, one son; David Lee Ingram and his wife Lisa, six grandchildren; Darren Lane and his wife Andrea, Joey Lane and his wife Julia, Michael Ingram and his wife Angela, Daniel Ingram and his wife Lesley, Andrew Maroney and his wife Marsha, Melissa Kimmons and her husband Billy, and thirteen great grandchildren, Ellie, Karleigh, Rylee, Kyra, Kaleb, Jacob, Adam, Isabel, Kaitlyn, Paige, Jasper, Carson and Blaine, his two sisters, Odessa Gillespie and Glenda Lightfoot and her husband Mervin.
