Justin Dilday's Obituary
Justin Marshall Dilday, age 20, of Morrisville, Missouri passed away at 10:16am, Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri. He was born November 1, 1988 in Bolivar, Missouri to James Michael Dilday and Robbin Nadine Altic Dilday. Justin was working in the roofing industry and was a 2007 graduate of the Marion C. Early High School in Morrisville, Missouri where he played baseball for the high school team. He loved to hunt and fish and was a former Cub Scout member. He simply loved the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Robert & Ruby Altic and Edgar Dilday. Justin is survived by his parents; Michael “Bubba” and Robbin Dilday of Morrisville, Missouri, his daughter; Anjelina Marie Travis of Bolivar, Missouri, a sister; Micah B. Dilday of Eudora, Missouri, a brother; Thomas Adam Wilson of Springfield, Missouri, grandmother; Pat Dilday of Morrisville, Missouri, aunts & uncles; Mark Dilday, Billy and Laura Painter, Bob and Tammy Altic, John and Karla Altic, Andy and Kyle Altic, Lisa Wickwar, Katie Dilday, a nephew; Ashton Thomas Wilson, numerous cousins, great aunts and great uncles. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, February 7, 2009 at the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, Missouri with Reverend Charles Cross officiating. A poem will be read by Meleah Painter. Burial will follow at Slagle Cemetery south of Bolivar. Visitation will be from 5-8pm, Friday, February 6, 2009 at the Butler Funeral Home where a video tribute of Justin’s life will be shown during the visitation time. Pallbearers will be James Altic, Jason Altic, Cody Franklin, Jonathan Mangan, Ed Wilson and Thomas Wilson.
