Mrs Butcher was truly the best teacher I’ve ever had. Everyday I walked into her classroom and I was greeted by a bright smiling face. She was such a kind soul to everyone and I looked forward to seeing her everyday. When she won teacher of the year this year I was overjoyed I came up to her after and I said you really deserve that award. She was the most selfless person I have ever met and made sure everyone around her was happy and okay. I will miss her and think about her everytime i walk by her classroom. Rest easy 🤍

Mrs Long butcher was my favorite teacher she was always there when u needed help or was having girl problems she stayed late to help u with ur school work she was always so patient with me she was my favorite teacher and I will miss her

Karissa was my color guard coach. I also got to student-teach with her for a couple weeks and she was a huge inspiration for me. She was the most beautiful and graceful person. She invested a lot into color guard and into us. She is so missed.
After her son passed, I made a painting for her and it made her cry. We hugged and I told her that she didn't deserve that. At the end of school she promised me I could see her for my senior year and now I can't
