Katherine Sue Kathy Wierman's Obituary
Katherine Sue “Kathy” Wierman, daughter of Wallace and Ethel Louise (Ritt) Schuder, was born October 12, 1946 near Fordland, Missouri. She departed this life Wednesday, March 5, 2008 in her home in Seymour, Missouri, at the age of sixty-one years, four months, and twenty-two days. On January 16, 1965, she was united in marriage to Larry Max Wierman and to this union one son was born. She was preceded in death by her father; and one brother, Darrell Schuder. Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Max, of the home; her son, Steve, and his wife, Tina, of Seymour, Missouri; two grandchildren, Dustin and Erica Wierman, both of Seymour, Missouri; her mother, Louise Schuder, of Fordland, Missouri; one brother, Danny Schuder, and his wife, Dea, of Fordland, Missouri; two sisters, Margie Stuckley, and her husband, Wade, of Fordland, Missouri, and Vicky Cotrel and her husband, W.H., of Falcon, Missouri; her mother-in-law, Myra Wierman, of Cassville, Missouri; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and dear friends. Kathy was born in Webster County, Missouri, near Fordland where she graduated from high school in the class of 1964. Following her marriage to Max, they lived in the Fordland area and then moved to Seymour about four years ago. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior early in her life and had attended West Finley Baptist Church near her home. At the time of her death, she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Seymour. Besides being a devoted wife and mother, she loved to read, do cross-stitching, and painting. She enjoyed her family very much, especially her grandchildren. She had many friends and kept in close contact with all her high school classmates throughout the years. Kathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will cherish the wonderful memories she has created for her family and many dear friends. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2008, in West Finley Cemetery, south of Fordland, Missouri. Burial will be in the West Finley Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 7 - 8:00 p.m. under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Seymour, Missouri.
