Kathleen Cavanaugh's Obituary
Kathleen Margaret Cavanaugh, daughter of James B. and Betty Ann Bloomer Cavanaugh, was born October 10, 1974, in Washington, D.C. She departed this life Saturday, May 22, 2010, in St. John?s Hospital, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of thirty-five years, seven months, and twelve days.
She was preceded in death by her father; her maternal grandparents, William and Margaret Bloomer; and her paternal grandmother, Virginia Crider.
Kathleen is survived by a daughter, Grace Inglis, of the home; her mother, Betty Cavanaugh, of Lebanon, Missouri; two brothers, Mike Cave, and Ryan Cavanaugh, both of Lebanon, Missouri; a special niece, Morgan Cavanaugh; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was born in Washington, D.C. and then moved to Lebanon, Missouri when she was four years old. She attended Lebanon R-III Schools and graduated from Lebanon High School in the Class of 1993. She then attended nursing school and became a Registered Nurse. She worked for St. John?s Hospital in Lebanon, and for Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri. She also was a devoted homemaker and loving mother to her daughter.
Kathleen had made her profession of faith in Christ and was a member of First Christian Church in Lebanon.
She enjoyed listening to music and liked cooking. She dearly loved her family and liked spending time with her family and friends.
Kathleen was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and know that she will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
